Having edited over 1,500 works of contemporary Chinese literature, Su-fang Chen is the go-to editor for countless literary creatives and both a witness to and participant in Taiwan's modern publishing history. Dih Yin was instrumental in holding Er-Ya Press to its original literary publishing ideals. He eschewed the prospect of chasing changing book preferences and remained focused on publishing essays, novels, poetry, and critiques despite declining readership. Dih Yin kept his publishing business in orbit around literature's star in spite of its faded radiance.

Te-ping Feng – "Guardian of literary heritage materials"

Te-ping Feng diligently safeguarded Taiwan's precious literary heritage from obscurity, giving it new and vibrant life through proactive conservation. His steady, unflagging efforts have been crucial to creating a solid foundation for the future growth and flowering of Taiwan literature.
Te-ping has also been central to building the strong network of relationships that today extends into every corner of Taiwan's literary community and to securing a welcoming platform for authors of every era.

An-min Chu – "Authors are the crucial link in publishing"

An-min Chu is an icon of nativist literature with a rich creative legacy who also avidly worked to encourage and sharpen the literary efforts of Taiwan's brightest up-and-coming writers. He followed and promoted the careers of fellow authors with the hope of cultivating a vibrantly resilient 'garden' of literature in Taiwan with Chinese creative works at the center.

Sue-jean Wei – "Ensure Taiwan literary value is the first priority of publishing"
